Andrea Neal - More than Just Strict Design

I have to thank a member for sending me an email begging for me to go back and post some indeed elder stuff. It sort of got me on the instruct of putting up the first part of the Stringent Design flick that Cory and I made way back in 1999. When it came to do the photographs though, I realized that back then, and we are chatting waaaaaaay back then now, I didn't take that many photographs of scenes. Just enough to sell the flick that we were going to release. It wasn't until later when we opened Shortfuse Flick as a paysite, that we commenced taking full sets of pictures. So I determined I would go back to the origins of Andrea's shoots and revisit photographs that haven't seen the light of day in decades. It was a highly interesting experience. Very first off - damn, I'm a youthfull pup... and 2nd - even tho' I was using a really, really, indeed gruesome digital camera (so gruesome that I changed to 35mm film soon after and wasn't persuaded to comeback to digital for nearly 4 years), I do love these pics. Yeah, it is most likely the sentimentalist in me - but I do. Yeah, I know my cord work is slightly passable, and the lighting is well... non existent, there is still a certain charm to these photographs that is enduring. Plus, its humping Andrea Neal. And yes, you all out there have most likely heard how much we all just Worshipped her to - but we did - and you can observe why in these pictures. She was just so... real. Fun, quirky, woman next door, awesomeness - and a woman that could turn on the "Damsel in Distress" thing so well, that on more than one occasion, I stopped to shooting to make sure she wasn't indeed in life-theatening distress. When that happened, she would just sight at me and smile and I would say, "damn, you fooled me again..." . I expect you love the excursion down memory lane.
