Today we return to the laboratory of Physician London River in the Institute for the Analysis of Agony, where she has 2 patients laid up and waiting to be put thru another day of torment. Of course it is all for a good cause, it is significant to know just how much anguish a person can be put thru before they snap, and how close they come to snapping on their way. London has her patients fettered up, arched rearwards nearly in half with their ankles and wrists suspended from the ceiling. Needles have been placed in their lower backs, splooge cascading in. London moves inbetween the two, very first to Abigail Dupree, then to Gimp Fluffy, taking data. She pulls the chains slowly, leaning their backs further and further. As she does so, she takes their pulse and sap pressure, quantifying just how much stress she is putting their figure under. The reaction is, of course, not enough. After their IVs have been removed, London moves the patients so that they're arched over a iron bar, their wrists fettered and pulled forward, holding them in place. Then she takes a whip to their asses, observing what kind of marks she can raise and what kind of reactions she can get. After that comes the pleasure, vibrating Abigail's twat and then Fluffy's man meat in turn, observing what affect the good feelings have on sap tension when compared to the bad.
