Dr. Peter Proctor is back and as anally-fixated as ever in this fiery fourth edition of the stand-out 80s series. The storyline is pretty much the same as in all the other 'Caught From Behind' tapes, with the fine doctor leading a batch of nervous honies into the wanton world of back door passion. Thin dark haired sweetheart Kelli Richards turns in the finest spectacle here, delving into her salacious bag of tricks in a pair of impetuous back door boffs. She sparkes in the clinch with Tom Byron and Steve Powers, taking them on in a frantic threesome that builds to a shattering Double penetration finale. Kelli still hasn't had enough though, because she returns for more in the flick's finale, humping with huge Trouser snake Rambone in an eye-opening assfucking excursion. Tight-bodied vamp Patti Diminutive displays why she was such a stellar starlet with her segment, taking on Peter North in a gripping polish that features some firm nailing back door fun. Breasty Buffy Davis displays what she's all about in 2 red-hot scenes, trysting with Powers and Ron Jeremy in a pair of passionate, high power couplings. It's Kelli Richards who truly stands out here though, and admirers of Thin 80s brunettes will enjoy every glamour moment of her sultry performance."
