The Story of Comrade Balcar continues: this time he must deal with the problem of girls' smoking. Luckily there is a class-conscious girl who informs him about this bourgeois habit. Sadly for her the punished chicks will have no grace with this tiny snitch...The totalitarian regime in Czechoslovakia caused many absurd situations in all social spheres. Even various youth pubs were headed by communists; they didn’t hesitate to use a diversity of methods to strenghten their power. The top postures were occupied by people from low rungs of society, who were using their intensity in any way they spotted fit or amusing.In the first part, "Comrade Balcar: The Game" we had a had a opportunity to meet the leader of a Czechoslovak Youth Club, Pepa Balcar, who has an outstanding talent for penalizing naughty Youthfull Pioneers.Bad chicks need to be punished with a cane, of course. This time, Balcar gets to know about their offences in a highly interesting way. Their own classmate comes to tell him what she knows. The small girl in her pioneer's uniform isn’t highly well-liked in her class, so she doesn’t hesitate for a single second... she unsheathes her secrets directly to the Pub leaders.The zealous official listens to her tale of smoking, getting naked in front of fellows in the douche in interchange for cigarettes, and of inappropriate clothing. (This part, however, he can detect for himself.)Shortly, 2 sinners are standing in front of the leader. Everything has proved to be true; moreover, when the chicks unwrap for their punishment, it is unveiled they are not dressed in any bras, and their privates are clean-shaved in the way adorable chicks never do.Nothing will do but that the first girl has to go to the hated T-bar, and her naked bottom gets what it deserves. The cane beats her skin; the Youthfull chick has no time even to paw her sore bottom. Screaming, tears, blubbering and anguish – next time she will think twice. And now it’s the 2nd girl's turn. The naked pioneer girl assumes the position, and the shitty cane again beats naked skin. Even asking or blubbering doesn’t discourage the official from ending the caning. Abruptly – someone’s knocking on the door.And sight – it’s the tiny creep who's come to have a tiny pleasure for her troubles. She’s delighted to witness her blubbering classmates, she pretends not to know they were here in the leader’s office. The caning resumes until the bottom is decorated with crimson stripes and weals. Ouch!After the punishment, the 2 sinners are ambling along the corridor when the tiny creep passes by – and cannot help ripping off a laughing comment. She shouldn’t have done that – she is caught by the 2 chicks and...I bet you’d to know what happened next.
