The Story of Comrade Balcar continues: this time he must deal with the problem of girls' smoking. Luckily there is a class-conscious damsel who informs him about this bourgeois habit. Sadly for her the punished dolls will have no grace with this little snitch...The totalitarian regime in Czechoslovakia caused many absurd situations in all social spheres. Even various youth clubs were headed by communists; they didn’t hesitate to use a multitude of methods to strenghten their power. The top postures were occupied by people from low rungs of society, who were using their strength in any way they witnessed fit or amusing. In the highly first part, "Comrade Balcar: The Game" we had a had a opportunity to meet the leader of a Czechoslovak Youth Club, Pepa Balcar, who has an unbelievable talent for penalizing kinky Youthful Pioneers. Bad dolls need to be punished with a cane, of course. This time, Balcar gets to know about their offences in a highly interesting way. Their own classmate comes to tell him what she knows. The diminutive damsel in her pioneer's uniform isn’t highly popular in her class, so she doesn’t hesitate for a single second... she reveals her secrets directly to the club leaders. The zealous official listens to her tale of smoking, getting naked in front of fellows in the shower in swap for cigarettes, and of inappropriate clothing. (This part, however, he can detect for himself.) Shortly, 2 sinners are standing in front of the leader. Everything has proved to be true; moreover, when the dolls de-robe for their punishment, it is uncovered they are not dressed in any bras, and their privates are shaved in the way ultra-cute dolls never do. Nothing will do but that the highly first damsel has to go to the hated T-bar, and her naked bottom gets what it deserves. The lash beats her skin; the Youthful dame has no time even to paw her aching bottom. Screaming, tears, howling and agony – next time she will think twice. And now it’s the 2nd girl's turn. The naked veteran damsel assumes the position, and the gruesome lash again beats naked skin. Even pleading or howling doesn’t discourage the official from concluding the caning. Suddenly – someone’s knocking on the door. And look – it’s the little sneak who's come to have a little enjoyment for her troubles. She’s delighted to watch her howling classmates, she pretends not to know they were here in the leader’s office. The lashing proceeds until the bottom is covered with crimson stripes and weals. Ouch! After the punishment, the 2 sinners are ambling along the corridor when the little sneak passes by – and cannot help dropping a laughing comment.
