This tweak starts where Part 2 ended... The wire opening up Rachel is loosened so she can be turned in the direction of the fence. It is then tightened back up. The pub of soap is liquidated from her mouth and used to lather up her backside. Once again she is ball-gagged with the soap as her culo is scrubbed with the brush. The Vigilante also slaps her donk several times with the culo of the brush as a reminder of who's in charge. Scanty Rachel is affected by the swats so much that she actually raises both gams off the ground. Her culo is rinsed off with the hose. She is turned around and rinsed with the hosepipe once again. Rachel is shuddering and whinging the whole time ball-gagged with a pub of soap. With snot running down her nose and onto her gag, I unfasten her wrists and have her sit in a chair. I shortly give her a mitt towel so she can dry herself off while I unfasten her ankles. I order her to stand so she can complete drying herself. I use a leather cord and tie her wrists behind her back.
