In the very first half of this installment, Harley Ace found her way to the office of therapist O.T. in order to help her sort out the brutish and sexual fantasies she had been having for many years. He proposed an unorthodox approach wherein he would her and, while she was under, work thru the tangle of fears and dreams she had in her head. Once Harley was under his spell, however, O.T. started manhandling his force to live out some of his own sick contorted fantasies. Now we comeback to the 2 of them, still in the midst of immersion therapy. We find Harley sat up on the couch, her gams stretched by fetters at her ankles, and her neck and head held firmly in place by a iron collar. O.T. has decided to ramp up the energy of his approach for the 2nd half of their session together. He brings out his knife and embarks trailing its blade all over her soft, uncovered body. It's effortless to watch the dread behind Harley's eyes as she sees him drag it throughout her skin, and when he rubs the vapid side against her bud her assets visibly tenses up.
