While their parents are away on a honeymoon, a fresh stepsister, Aria (Holly Day), and stepbrother, Kyle (Lucky Fate), are left home alone. Aria is frolic and naive, wanting to get to know Kyle better, which leads to her offering that they do that through toying doctor! Kyle is panicked and weirded out by the invitation, since he thinks of 'playing doctor' as a sexual roleplay, albeit it's clear that Aria thinks it's guiltless fun. After some coaxing, he determines to humor her, and Aria excitedly grips the family's medical bag. That's when Kyle commences accurately testing Aria, fumbling her tongue with a tongue depressor, her knee with a reflex hammer, her hand to check for her pressure... It's already weird enough for Kyle but it only gets worse when she asks for him to press a stethoscope to her torso to listen to her racing heart.
