JR has positioned Sammi in a cell nude and hungry. Before doing so he doubled her mitts over and strapped them. Now she attempts to get at the food she has been given in a bowl, soup. She received soup because JR knows she has a powerful aversion to that of food. She doesn't want it but she knows she had finer eat it. She attempts to reach it where it sits on top of the cell near where her head pokes out at the top. Her doubled over mitts give her restricted movement. She attempts to reach into the cup but it is too tall for her to get her forearm inwards to pull the soup noodles out. Eventually, she catches the cup by the rim and is able to pick it up and get it inwards the cell with her. Once she has it in her lap she pulls a single noodle from the cup and attempts to eat it. Instantaneously she gags as however she'd gulped a maggot.
