A lovable but repressed woman, Anna Claire Clouds, globs off her significant boyfriend's truck at a mechanic's garage. That's when she meets the mechanic, Seth Gamble, who she instantaneously dislikes as they have an unpleasant conversation. She's put off by Seth's grimy appearance and crude behavior, but she's conflicted when he eventually says she is worth nicer than her self-absorbed boyfriend. Anna attempts to defend her bf but Seth points out how she seems to be the boyfriend's picture-perfect, servant lapdog. See, Seth doesn't care as much about his appearance or what anyone devises him, so he calls his own shots and can be as messy as he wants to be -- peculiarly in the bedroom. He casually points out that Anna could benefit from letting liberate and being as messy as SHE'D like to be as well. Anna is disgusted and leaves Seth be. But his words remain with her... And when she afterward returns to pick up the car, it seems she's decided to show Seth a thing or two.
