The healer Amalia is summoned to the bedside of the sick Inquisitor. He is enduring from severe cramps, but the town physician is away and no one knows what to do. Alone with him in his bedroom, she uses more than just barred rose scents to restore the scanty man's strength. She reaches under the coats and there offers enormously unconventional help... But lo and behold: life comes back to the old man. For Amalia, however, the enduring begins: she is accused of using magic potions and is taken to the witch's tower. There, she wants to prove her v-card and faces the witch hunters' tests. They, however, leave no stone unturned. The witch must display perseverance and humility, and as the most difficult test, she is strapped to the wheel, bound, and flogged with roses from her garden!
