London has her patients fettered up, leaned rearwards nearly in half with their ankles and wrists strung up from the ceiling. Needles have been in their lower backs, cream dripping in. London moves inbetween the two, very first to Abigail Dupree, then to Victim Fluffy, taking data. She pulls the chains slowly, arching their backs farther and further. As she does so, she takes their pulse and blood pressure, quantifying just how much stress she is putting their figure under. The response is, of course, not enough. After their IVs have been removed, London moves the patients so that they're leaned over a iron bar, their wrists fettered and pulled forward, holding them in place. Then she takes a lash to their asses, seeing what kind of marks she can lift and what kind of reactions she can get. After that comes the pleasure, vibing Abigail's muff and then Fluffy's man sausage in turn, seeing what affect the great feelings have on blood tension when compared to the bad.
