When & step are caught out in a car with no licence and driving the police manager determines that they should endure a real rough penalty. She will visit their home and over the course of the day will subject them to a series of punishments. Starting with cold canings. Both have to agree this penalty and it will be carried out in a stringent managed environment. These will be stiff and measured with no grace shown. The 2nd part of our recent stiff penalty series where & step are being punished for motoring offences by the police chief. Lola has just had her highly first cold caning and now it's the turn of Lucy to go over the penalty bench for a no grace cold caning.
