This tweak begins where Part 1 ended... Penny's captor comes back with more rope, but with clover clips as well. The clovers go on her nips and the string farther secures her to the post. He then binds string into her ponytails before he snips her underpants off. Her ballgag is liquidated and she is re-gagged with her own panties. Several more bands of string are added and cinched to her lower legs. Her ponytails are then truss up and out.
