I shove a huge sponge in Constance's mouth and seal it in tightly with clear tape. I grab more rope and tie her elbows together tight. I chicken wing her and tie her arms to her body and cinch it. Constance seems to be having a little trouble breathing with the sponge gag, so I remove it and replace it with an Ace bandage cleave gag. I lift her onto the end of an old wooden cable spool. Her ankles and feet are then bound before Constance is pulled into a tight hogtie. I attach the overhead hoist to the rope I just used to hogtie her with, and pull her up a little higher. I had tied rope into her hair earlier, and I use it to make her bondage even more strict. I reapply the same nipple clamps that Constance wore earlier. Constance whimpers through her gag as I hammer a few nails into the cable spool. I then tie some thin twine to the clamps and then pull them tight and tie them off to the nails. I then make her bondage a bit more severe by nose hooking her. She seems to hate the nose hooks btw. A few wraps of black tape around her gag help to tighten it up and make it more effective.
