This pin begins where Part 2 ended... The rope stretching Rachel is loosened so she can be revved in the direction of the fence. It is then tightened back up. The pub of soap is eliminated from her jaws and used to lather up her backside. Once again she is ball-gagged with the soap as her donk is scrubbed with the brush. The Vigilante also slaps her rump several times with the donk of the brush as a reminder of who's in charge. Poor Rachel is struck by the swats so much that she actually raises both gams off the ground. Her donk is rinsed off with the hose. She is revved around and rinsed with the hose pipe once again. Rachel is quivering and whimpering the whole time ball-gagged with a pub of soap. With snot running down her nose and onto her gag, I unbind her wrists and have her sit in a chair. I briefly give her a hand towel so she can dry herself off while I unbind her ankles. I order her to stand so she can complete drying herself. I use a leather cable and truss her wrists behind her back.
