Quinton James, a city councilman, arrives at the rubdown parlour and tells the owner, Vanna Bardot, that he's there to shut it down since he's been getting complaints about unsavory action there. She offers to give him a rubdown to prove that her business is legit. He agrees. They continue to the rubdown room. She disrobes her clothes and his eyes splay at the view of her bare body. But, pretending not to be interested in her, he wiggles his head and looks away. He disrobes his clothes and lays down on the mat. Vanna pours gel on his back and begins to assets glide on him. He grumbles and complains, albeit it promptly becomes visible that he is lovin’ it but stubbornly decorating up his enjoyment.
